All of our furs are the finest quality & workmanship. We stand behind our furs. Having said that we do not accept returns. If you are not happy with the fit of your garment, our expert furriers and fur designer will alter the garment to your liking. Please notify us within 5 days of first receiving it and we will make proper arrangements to have you looking fabulous.
If you are not happy with the type of fur you selected and want to exchange it, we will be happy to make an exchange for you. We must be notified within 5 days that you'd like to exchange it and we will provide you with instructions at such time. If you need to return an item for exchange, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
